P.I.O.T. Paranormal is committed to respecting the personal rights of our Clients & all persons entrusting to our team. By reaching out to our Organization, using our Services, working with our Organization, or having any form of involvement with our Organization you agree to the following "Terms & Conditions" policy.

This Agreement governs your use of this Site (collectively, "Site") & P.I.O.T. Paranormal (collectively, "Organization") Services (collectively, "Services"). The Site & the Services permit Clients (collectively, "Client(s)") to contact our Organization for Services & information. You may be either an individual visiting our Site for personal use or a person that has an appropriate relationship with either (i) this Site/Site's owner/Organization's owner (ii) corporations & small businesses affiliated with the Site/Site's owner/Organization's owner; (iii) or other organizations (collectively, "Groups") visiting our Site on behalf of your group & that properly describes that relationship with the Site/Site's owner/Organization's owner. This Agreement also includes the given understanding that P.I.O.T. Paranormal communicates between multiple sources in order to collect & share certain (not all) information & content (collectively, "Third Party/Third Parties").

 

Our Third Party sources will for no reason contact you, use or obtain your personal information, or have any affiliation with you other than for business reasons regarding P.I.O.T. Paranormal or other related reasons/issues. P.I.O.T. Paranormal is a community Organization & all proceeds gained will cover expenses relating to our Organization's needs & goals. Expenses include, but are not limited to, Organization functions & events (e.g. transportation, lodging, equipment, Organization's monthly/yearly billings; or any other business related nature through this Site). All monetary gain of P.I.O.T. Paranormal such as; charities, donations, or otherwise non-business related transactions may be considered permissible profit under U.S. law. You understand that by using the Site & the Service, you have agreed to the "Terms & Conditions" of this Agreement, & you agree to use the Site & the Service solely as provided in this Agreement.

You agree to indemnify, defend & hold P.I.O.T. Paranormal harmless from & against any & all claims, judgments, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including P.I.O.T. Paranormal reasonable attorneys' fees) that may be asserted by any Third Party, including but not limited to claims for infringement or for injury to the person, property, reputation or rights of another, arising from or relating to any request/investigation permitted with P.I.O.T. Paranormal, your use of our Organization & our Service, your violation of this Agreement or your violation of the rights of another. P.I.O.T. Paranormal is committed to the appropriate & legal use of the intellectual property of others, & we require our users to behave similarly. Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, videos, audio, designs, icons, photographs, written documents, & other materials that appear within our Organization (collectively the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by P.I.O.T. Paranormal.
